Overview

RAIN RFID is a global alliance promoting the universal adoption of UHF RFID technology in a way similar to other wireless technology organizations.RAIN RFID is also a wireless technology that connects billions of everyday items to the internet, enabling businesses and consumers to identify, locate, authenticate, and engage each item.

The Challenge

RAIN RFID needed to integrate an events calendar and registration system into their website to allow users of different status levels to select meeting tracts, make reservations, and join the alliance.

The Solution

  • Developed an events system that allows events to be defined, including agendas, speakers, ticket pricing, fees, etc.
  • Integrated events system registration with payment processing and Zoho (for contact management).
  • Performed advanced clean-up of system assets and addons to improve site speed, performance, and security.
  • Instituted a gated document download section.
