Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Caffeine Interactive collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to caffeineinteractive.com. It does not cover information you give us under a signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write in the message field.
This site has no user accounts and takes no payments. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as government identifiers or payment card numbers through these forms.
How we collect it
The site has four forms:
- A contact form.
- A project inquiry form.
- An operations audit request form.
- A newsletter signup form in the site footer.
There are no third-party forms, chat widgets, or lead-capture pop-ups embedded in the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together.
- If you submit the newsletter signup form, to send you our newsletter. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Submitting the contact, project inquiry, or audit request form does not add you to our newsletter. We only add people who ask for it through the signup form.
Who processes and receives your information
When you submit a form, the data is passed to our own workflow automation service, which emails the submission to our team. Those emails are delivered through Mailgun, our transactional email provider. If you sign up for the newsletter, the service also adds your name and email address to ActiveCampaign, the email platform we use to send the newsletter. Other forms do not send your information to ActiveCampaign.
To keep automated spam out of the forms, they use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you start filling in a form, Turnstile checks that a real browser is being used, which involves Cloudflare processing technical information such as your IP address and browser details. It does not receive what you type into the form.
These providers process the information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine, an ad, or a link), and general device, browser, and approximate location information. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. It does not give us your name or email address, and form contents are never sent to it.
We also use Google Ads. Our Google Analytics account is linked to Google Ads, and we have turned on Google signals and ads personalization. This lets Google measure whether a visit from one of our ads led to an inquiry, and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site (remarketing) while they browse other sites. For signed-in Google users, Google may associate this activity with their Google account. You can control personalized advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com, block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Google describes how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We do not use other advertising or tracking tags on this site. If we add one, we will update this policy first.
Do Not Track
Google Analytics and Google Ads do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. To opt out, use the settings and add-on described above.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our email records, and newsletter signups stay in ActiveCampaign, until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics keeps visit data for up to 14 months. You can ask us to remove your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any newsletter email.
- Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below.
Children
This site and our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
