Seattle Luxury Real Estate partnered with Caffeine to integrate IDXBroker into their existing site. They also desired to improve usability and their ranking on organic search result pages. The challenge was to make functionality changes to an existing site that Caffeine did not previously develop.

• Customized IDXBroker search pages with a global wrapper to fit the sleek design elements used throughout the main site for a harmonious experience
• Designed search page options and features with filters so that listings were more specific to the site visitor’s need
• Integrated IDXBroker into the WordPress backend for seamless flow of contact information
• Installed Yoast to accommodate metadata content for improved SEO rankings.
