One of the simplest ways to check for the number of mobile users that access your website is to use Google Analytics.
Instructions are based on the assumption that you have already set up Google Analytics for your website.
How?
- From the “Home” tab, click on the link for “All Web Site Data”.
- Select “Mobile” in the Audience section in the left hand menu.
- Click on “Overview”.
These statistics will give you the quick breakdown of mobile vs. tablet. If you want to see which mobile devices are used, go ahead and click on “Devices” under the “Mobile” section in the left hand menu.
