Remzy had a working prototype that was ready for an evolution with new data, functionality, usability and aesthetics. The original feature set was modest and the original data provider/API lacked the data and stability needed by Remzy’s user base.
The Solution
- Migrated all real estate queries to a hybrid solution which uses the API of a new data provider along with bulk data. This achieved higher quality data, better uptime and competitive data pricing.
- Built a powerful zip code search complete with advanced filtering and sorting
- Crafted a way for agents to build a list and contact multiple homeowners at once with potential offers for their homes
- Fully redesigned the look and feel of the website, using an expanded palette, elegant styling and improved usability.
